It was supposed to rain today. It did not. It was supposed to be cooler than normal today. It was not. It is currently 24°C, feeling like 28°C and there is no sign of rain for the day. It’s a bit windy but that’s actually quite refreshing.

Turkey vs Biker Guy: Good Fun for Those Watching in Whitby. So apparently this turkey just wanted to mate with the motorcycle and the biker guy was in the way. The area where this happened is sort of a quieter industrial park area. Big warehouse type buildings, lots of parks and undeveloped land; it’s no surprise a turkey was wandering around there.
I’ve had my own run-in with a live turkey (see the featured image). It made two great big flaps and it was up on my fence in a mere moment. I was glad that it decided to leave me alone. Dang thing was huge!
